महि तरीणामवो.अस्तु दयुक्षं मित्रस्यार्यम्णः |
दुराधर्षं वरुणस्य ||
नहि तेषाममा चन नाध्वसु वारणेषु |
ईशे रिपुरघशंसः ||
यस्मै पुत्रासो अदितेः पर जीवसे मर्त्याय |
जयोतिर्यछन्त्यजस्रम ||
mahi trīṇāmavo.astu dyukṣaṃ mitrasyāryamṇaḥ |
durādharṣaṃ varuṇasya ||
nahi teṣāmamā cana nādhvasu vāraṇeṣu |
īśe ripuraghaśaṃsaḥ ||
yasmai putrāso aditeḥ pra jīvase martyāya |
jyotiryachantyajasram ||

1. GREAT, unassailable must he the heavenly favour of Three Gods,
Varuṇa, Mitra, Aryaman.
2 O’er these, neither at home nor yet abroad or pathways that are Strange,
The evil-minded foe hath power
3 Nor over him,. the man on whom the Sons of Aditi bestow Eternal light that he may live.
