Sholeeswarar Temple is a Hindu Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva located at Arcot Kuppam in Thiruvallur District of Tamilnadu. This is an east facing temple with an entrance from west through an arch. The Temple is believed to be built during Chola Period. A Chola King is believed to have built the temple to rid him of his sins. The Temple Tank is present just outside the entrance arch. Presiding Deity is called as Choleeswarar and is facing east. Mother is called as Kamakshi Amman and is facing south.

There are shrines for Navagrahas, Yoga Dakshinamurthy, Bairavar, Vinayagar and Muruga in the Temple premises. The Temple is situated before Thiruthani in the Thiruvallur-Thiruthani road. The Temple is located at about 15 Kms from Thiruthani, 14 Kms from Thiruthani Railway Station, 26 Kms from Thiruvallur, 73 Kms from Chennai and 72 Kms from Chennai Airport.
