आज शुक्रवार है माँ अम्बे का वार है,
ये सच्चा दरबार है लाल चुनर ओढे है मैया सिंह पे असवार है,
चण्ड मुंड ने स्वर्ग में आके जब उत्पात मचाया है,
देवो की विनती पे माँ ने रूप विराट बनाया है,
चण्ड मुण्ड पर वार है इनका फिर संगार है,
लाल चुनर ओढे है मैया सिंह पे असवार है,
शुम्ब निशुंभ को मारने वाले महिषासुर की घाटी है,
माहकाल के संग विराजे महाकाली कहलाती है,
हाथो में कतार है खपर भी ये धार है ,
लाल चुनर ओढे है मैया सिंह पे असवार है,
कोई कहता दुर्गा तुमको कोई कहता काली है,
पिंडी रूप में वैष्णो मैया दर्शन देने वाली है,
करती वेडा पार करती माँ उधार है,
लाल चुनर ओढे है मैया सिंह पे असवार है,
नवरातो में नो रूपों में सबके घर माँ आती है,
कंजक रूप में हलवा चने का मैया भोग लगती है,
शक्ति का अवतार है होती जय जय कार है,

lAla chunara oDhe hai maiyA siMha pe asavAra hai,
shumba nishuMbha ko mArane vAle mahiShAsura kI ghATI hai,
mAhakAla ke saMga virAje mahAkAlI kahalAtI hai,
hAtho meM katAra hai khapara bhI ye dhAra hai ,

koI kahatA durgA tumako koI kahatA kAlI hai,
piMDI rUpa meM vaiShNo maiyA darshana dene vAlI hai,
