मेरे लाल से तो सारा जग जिल मिलाये
रात ठंडी ठंडी हवा गा के सुलाए
भोर गुलाबी पलके झूम के जगाए,

सोते सोते गेहरी नींद में मुना क्यों मुस्काये,
पूछो मुझसे मैं जानू इस को क्या सपना आये
युग युग से ये लाल है अपना
हर पल देखे बस यही सपना,
जब भी जन्म ले मेरी गोद में आये
मेरे लाल से तो सारा जग झिलमिलाये
यशोदा का नन्द लाला ब्रिज का उजाला है
मेरी ऊँगली थाम के जब ये घर आँगन में ढोले,
मेरे मन में सोई सोई ममता आँखे खोले
छुप के छुप के मुझको ताके
जैसे ये मेरे मन में झांके
चेहरे से आँखे नही हट ती हटाए
मेरे लाल से तो सारा जग झिलमिलाये
