maiṃ duniyā dārī छḍha kē sāiyā[ann],
tērā iśqa kamōnā hai,
yā tē mara miṭa jānā hai sāiyā[ann] yā phira tanu paunē hai,
paunā hai tanu paunā ai,
jithē tū vasadā dukhā dā uṭhē hǣvē na ēhasāsa kadē,
tērī bukala ca sakē uṭhiyē nā ō pala ā jāvana kāśa kadē,
khuśa hō liē tanu cētē kara nahīṃ tā rōnā hai,
yā tē mara miṭa jānā hai sāiyā[ann] yā phira tanu paunē hai,
saḍhā hāla tērē bina iṃja sāiyā[ann] jīvē pānī dē bina maślī dā,
tērā nāma maiṃ hara thā likha lēnā bhara raṃga phakīrī asalī dā,
hai cīṭī cādara mana mērā tērē nāma dā raṃga cōḍanā hai,
yā tē mara miṭa jānā hai sāiyā[ann] yā phira tanu paunē hai,
tū śahavā dā hai śāha sāiyā[ann] tū alī tū masta kālaṃdhara hai,
tū pīra fakīra vī sāiyā[ann] tū vasadā sabadē aṃdara hai,
