yē bhāī aura bahana kā pāvana pyāra hai rākhī,
rākhī kā dina jaba āyē parivāra nikaṭa ā jāyē,
jaba bahanē bāṃdhē rākhī mana phulā nahīṃ samāyē,
yē apanī saṃskarti kā ādhāra hai rākhī ,
yē bhāī aura bahana kā pāvana pyāra hai rākhī,
aisā hai rakṣā baṃdhana baṃdha jāyē isamēṃ jana jana,
nō varṇa jātī kā aṃtara nā bhēda bhāva kā darśana,
yē ucē ārdaśō kā tōhāra hai rākhī,
yē bhāī aura bahana kā pāvana pyāra hai rākhī,
mānava sē mānava jōḍhē nā dvēṣa irṣā छōḍhē,
majahaba kī dīvārōṃ kō yē kōmala dhāgā tōḍhē,
