yu na baḍhā dūriyā,bhaktā kē tū najadīkiyāṃ rē,
hē vidyātā mērē tuma hō dātā mērē,

mānā mujhamē baḍhī khāmiyā,

janmō kā bhikharā yē jīvana saphara,
aba jarrē kō kaisē yē āyē najara,

baḍhakē sūraja sē tērī kahī rōśanī,
