है सार साँचा,
ये वैदों में वाँचा है,
सन्तो ने जाँचा,
हर स्वाँस मे तुम,
गुरु को धियाओ,

करेगा भजन तो,
शरण पाएगा तू,
गुरु की कृपा से ही,
तर पाएगा तू,
चरणों मे सतगुरु के,
ध्यान लगाओ,

नहीं हर किसी को,

फँसी बीच धारा में,
