दानी मेरे श्याम जैसा,
दानी नहीं पाओगे,
जानते है घट घट की,
इनसे क्या छुपाओगे,
दानी मेरें श्याम जैसा,
दानी नहीं पाओगे।।
तर्ज तुम तो ठहरे परदेसी।
इंसा तो इंसा है,
देवता नहीं होता,
सुख में तो हर्षाता,
दुःख में है वो रोता,
धीरज अगर ना रही,
तो धर्म क्या निभाओगे,
दानी मेरें श्याम जैसा,
दानी नहीं पाओगे,
जानते है घट घट की,
इनसे क्या छुपाओगे।।
कैसी शरम इनसे,
देव बड़े न्यारे है,
दीनो के साथी है,
हारे के सहारे है,
ले ले शरण इनकी,
मौज तुम उड़ाओगे,
दानी मेरें श्याम जैसा,
दानी नहीं पाओगे,
जानते है घट घट की,
इनसे क्या छुपाओगे।।
