चांद बीना बिलखत है तारा,
लगाया रात दिन हेरा।।
और मेरे दाय नही आवे,
आप बीना चेन नही पावे,
बीना जल मछली तडफावे,
मुझे आधार हैं तेरा।।
आपका नाम सुना काना,
फकीरी ले लिया बाना,
छोड़कर मुझ कर नही जाना,
रहूं गुरु चरणों का चेरा।।
पुरबला भाग सब जागा,
शब्द गुरु ज्ञान का लागा,
खींवा ले सतगुरु का सागा,
दिया गुरु चरणों में डेरा।।
