हमको आधी रात हो गई,
रीझे बाबा ना हमारे,
क्या बात हो गई।।
तर्ज छुप गए सारे नज़ारे
तुमने बुलाया मैं दौड़ा दौड़ा आया,
आके तेरा गुण गाया,
तूने मुझको तो अपना बनाया था,
तुमने घर घर में मुझको नचाया था,
रूठ गए क्यों बाबा मेरे क्या बात हो गई,
किर्तन करते करते,
हमको आधी रात हो गई।।
करके दीवाना बनाओ ना बेगाना,
मुझे मारेगा ताना जमाना,
मेने तुझको निठुर नहीं जाना था,
जीवन साथी में तुझको माना था,
क्यों मन दुखाता है बाबा क्या बात हो गई,
किर्तन करते करते,
हमको आधी रात हो गई।।
सुनो बनवारी उड़ाओ नही हांसी,
देदो चाहे मुझे फाँसी,
नही हांसी उड़ा दुःख पाउँगा,
सच्चे मन से तेरा गुण गाऊंगा,
अरे जी कीकर जोड़कर के वो पास हो गई,
