इस जिंदगी को दे के,
दुनियां में मुझ को भेजा,
मैं इधर उधर ही भटका,
कोई हल नही है निकला,
मुझको सहारा दे दो,
मेरी जिंदगी के कर्ता,
मेरे ईश भी तुम्ही हो।।
मेरी जिंदगी की नैया,
अब बीच मे पड़ी है,
मुझको ज़रा उबारो,
पीछे मौत भी खड़ी है,
मेरी जिंदगी बना दो,
मेरी हर खुशी तुम्ही हो,
मेरी जिंदगी के कर्ता,
मेरे ईश भी तुम्ही हो।।
मुझको दुखो ने घेरा,
उनसे ज़रा बचा लो,
सुख संपदा को देके,
ख़ुशियों के गुल खिला दो,
मेरी हर खुशी के मालिक,
मेरे पित्र भी तुम्ही हो,
मेरी जिंदगी के कर्ता,
मेरे ईश भी तुम्ही हो।।
