आओ दीनानाथ बता क्या देरी है,
श्याम बता क्या देरी है,

तर्ज श्याम खता क्या मेरी है।
आ जाओ प्रभु आ जाओ,
देर भला क्यों करते हो,
बालक तेरे बिलखते है,
ध्यान तुम्हारा धरते है,
सिर पे उनके हाथ फिरा दो,
कर दो बेड़ा पार,
बता क्या देरी है।।
कैसा संकट आया है,
हर प्राणी घबराया है,
कैसी तेरी माया है,
जग सारा भरमाया है,
अब तो अपने हाथ उठाओ,
आन पड़ा हूँ द्वार,
बता क्या देरी है।।
श्याम के चाहने वालो को,
और कोई दरकार नहीं,
तू ही सहारा है उनका,
और कोई सरकार नहीं,
मोनू की बस यही है विनती,
रख लो सबकी लाज,
