3. Product & Service Descriptions

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability. However:

  • Natural items (e.g., Rudraksha, crystals, stones) may vary slightly in color, shape, or texture—this is normal and not a defect.
  • Spiritual services (e.g., pujas, astrology) are based on Vedic traditions and are not medical, financial, or legal advice.
  • All Rudraksha beads sold with “Certificate” include a lab-issued authenticity document from recognized agencies.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but your order will be honored at the price at checkout.
  • Accepted payments: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets (via Razorpay/Instamojo).
  • Full payment is required at the time of order or booking.

5. Bookable Spiritual Services

Services like Vedic Pujas, Kundali Analysis, or Yantra Creation are:

  • Performed by qualified pandits or astrologers in India (primarily Varanasi).
  • Scheduled based on Vedic muhurat (auspicious timing); we will coordinate dates with you.
  • Non-refundable once the ritual has commenced or personalized work has begun (e.g., custom Yantra drawn).
  • Include digital proof (photos/video) and physical prasad (where applicable).

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India via trusted couriers (Delhivery, Shiprocket, etc.).
  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days (metro), 5–10 days (non-metro). Puja prasad may take longer.
  • Tracking details will be emailed after dispatch.
  • International shipping is currently not available.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the sacred and personalized nature of our offerings:

✅ Returnable (within 7 days):

  • Unused, undamaged physical products (e.g., unopened puja kits, unused diyas)
  • Must be in original packaging with tags intact

❌ Non-Returnable:

  • Rudraksha beads, crystals, gemstones (once delivered—due to energetic/personal use)
  • Custom or personalized items (e.g., name-based mantra, custom Yantra)
  • Bookable services (once booked or performed)
  • Digital products (e.g., PDF guides)

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 7–10 business days via original payment method.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including text, logos, images, and product designs—is the property of BharatTemples.com or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, BharatTemples.com shall not be liable for:

  • Delays caused by pandits, temples, or third-party logistics

Our maximum liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the amount you paid us.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Varanasi.
