यूँ रूठो ना कन्हैया,
समझाए यशोदा मैया,

मिश्री मलाई माखन,
दही दूध तुमको दूँगी,
तुमको लगे नज़र ना,
सारी बलाए लूँगी,
आंखों में दूँगी काज़ल,
माथे तिलक करूँगी,
केशों को मैं सजा के,
सिर में मुकुट धरूंगी,
यूँ रूठो न कन्हैया।।
कानों में डालूँ कुंडल,
गालों में तिल लगाऊँ,
पहना के पग में पायल,
तुमको सुघर बनाऊँ,
आकाश का ये चंदा,
धरती पे मैं उतारूँ,
चंदा को तुम निहारो,
और मैं तुम्हे निहारूँ,
यूँ रूठो न कन्हैया।।
बंधन जनम मरण के,
है नाथ खत्म करदो,
भक्तों को देके दर्शन,
हमको सनाथ करदो,
राजेन्द्र गाये गुण जब,
आना पड़ेगा तुमको,
मझधार से कन्हैया,
उस पार करना हमको,
यूँ रूठो न कन्हैया।।
