सजनी बनी,
वो मेरा बन गया,

उनकी बांकी अदाओं की,
क्या बात है,
पहली पहली ये उनसे,
मुलाकात है,
थोड़ी शरमाई सी,
थोड़ी घबराई सी,
एक टक उनको ही,
देखती रह गई,
वो मेरा बन गया,
उनकी मैं बन गयी।।
चाँद की चांदनी,
जैसे मैं बन गई,
राग की रागनी,
जैसे मैं बन गई,
यूँ लगा बनके,
मोहन की मैं मोहनी,
मुरली बनकर के,
होंठों पे मैं सज गई,
वो मेरा बन गया,
उनकी मैं बन गयी।।
कैसा सुन्दर सजा था,
मुकुट मोर का,
तिरछा था चरण,
मेरे चितचोर का,
सखी मोहन के नैनो की,
नैया में मैं,
बैठते ही ना जाने,
कहाँ खो गई,
वो मेरा बन गया,
उनकी मैं बन गयी।।
