yogī yuñjīta satatam ātmānaṁ rahasi sthitaḥ

मन और इन्द्रियों सहित शरीर को वश में रखने वाला, आशारहित और संग्रहरहित योगी अकेला ही एकांत स्थान में स्थित होकर आत्मा को निरंतर परमात्मा में लगाए॥10॥
Translation
Those who seek the state of Yog should reside in seclusion, constantly engaged in meditation with a controlled mind and body, getting rid of desires and possessions for enjoyment.
