तेरी ही याद में हम दिन रात जल रहे हैं,
जग की है आस टूटी गिर गिर के चल रहे हैं,
अब तो मुझे बनाले तेरा दास सांवरे,
जीवन की डोरी तुमसे बांधी है सांवरे,
दर्शन की भीख दे दो नैना हैं बावरे।।
ढूंढा गली गली भटका डगर डगर में,
दिल हो गया दीवाना मोहन तेरे नगर में,
पागल बना हूं तेरा मेरे यार सांवरे,
जीवन की डोरी तुमसे बांधी है सांवरे,
दर्शन की भीख दे दो नैना हैं बावरे।।
तेरे सिवा नहीं है मेरा दूसरा सहारा,
गणिका गिद्ध अजामिल सबको है तुमने तारा,
कर दो कृपा की मुझपे एक कोर सांवरे,
जीवन की डोरी तुमसे बांधी है सांवरे,
दर्शन की भीख दे दो नैना हैं बावरे।।
दर पे मैं आया तेरे चरणों में अपने रखना,
मैं तो हूँ पतित पापी करुणा की दृष्टि रखना,
ले लो शरण में मुझको एक बार सांवरे,
जीवन की डोरी तुमसे बांधी है सांवरे,
