मेरा श्याम इतना बड़ा है दयालु,
दुखी अपने भक्तो को होने ना देता।।
मजधार में हो जो नैया भगत की,
बनकर के माझी खुद ये खड़ा है,
चाहे लाख तूफ़ां हो चले गम की आंधी,
सबसे लड़ा है सबसे लड़ा है,
डूबने ना देता अपने भगत को,
बाहें फैलाकर खुद थाम लेता,
मेरा श्याम इतना बड़ा है दयालू,
दुखी अपने भक्तो को होने ना देता।।
कई बार इसने निज धाम छोड़ा,
भक्तो की खातिर नंगे पाँव दौड़ा,
टूटने ना पाए आशा भगत की,
कभी दिल न तोड़ा कभी दिल न तोड़ा,
सदा संग रहता है अपने भगत के,
की आँखों से ओझल ये होने ना देता,
मेरा श्याम इतना बड़ा है दयालू,
दुखी अपने भक्तो को होने ना देता।।
भगत के बिना मैं भगवान कैसा,
राधा के बिन आधा लगे श्याम जैसा,
ह्रदय पटल पर रखु भगत को,
मुकुट पे सजाऊँ मोर पंख जैसा,
कहे ‘राजा’ ऐसा दूसरा ना कोई,
भक्तों की सारी व्यथा हर लेता,
मेरा श्याम इतना बड़ा है दयालू,
दुखी अपने भक्तो को होने ना देता।।

mera shyaam itana bada hai dayaalu,
dukhee apane bhakto ko hone na deta
majadhaar mein ho jo naiya bhagat kee,
banakar ke maajhee khud ye khada hai,
chaahe laakh toofaan ho chale gam kee aandhee,
sabase lada hai sabase lada hai,
doobane na deta apane bhagat ko,
baahen phailaakar khud thaam leta,
mera shyaam itana bada hai dayaaloo,
dukhee apane bhakto ko hone na deta..
kaee baar isane nij dhaam chhoda,
bhakto kee khaatir nange paanv dauda,
tootane na pae aasha bhagat kee,
kabhee dil na toda kabhee dil na toda,
sada sang rahata hai apane bhagat ke,
kee aankhon se ojhal ye hone na deta,
mera shyaam itana bada hai dayaaloo,
dukhee apane bhakto ko hone na deta..
bhagat ke bina main bhagavaan kaisa,
raadha ke bin aadha lage shyaam jaisa,
hraday patal par rakhu bhagat ko,
mukut pe sajaoon mor pankh jaisa,
kahe ‘raaja’ aisa doosara na koee,
bhakton kee saaree vyatha har leta,
mera shyaam itana bada hai dayaaloo,
dukhee apane bhakto ko hone na deta..
