सुध बुध लूट लिया नटखट सांवरियां ने,
मोह गया मन को उसकी मोहनी मुरलिया ने,
प्रेम का वान सीधे सीने में उतार दिया,
किया दीवाना उसकी कातिल नजरियां ने,
बाबल फिरू बनके हाल बेहाल,
बेदर्दी दिल चुरा के चला गया,
सारा जमाना उसके दर्श का दीवान है
दिखने में भोला भाला पर वो स्याना है,
नाचत खुद भी संग सब को नचाता फिरे,
यमुना के तट पे वसा उसका ठिकाना है,
रास रचाये संग में लेके गोपी ग्वाल,
बेदर्दी दिल चुरा के चला गया,
खफा मैं उस से नहीं उसकी बेफाफाई से,
जादूगर मतलबी उस संग दिल हरजाई से,
कही दिखे तो लेती उसकी खबर तबियत से,
बता दे मितली है कितनी तेदेपा जुदाई से,
चन भर बिसरे न उसका ख्याल

khaphA maiM usa se nahIM usakI bephAphAI se,
jAdUgara matalabI usa saMga dila harajAI se,
kahI dikhe to letI usakI khabara tabiyata se,
