śhanaiḥ śhanair uparamed buddhyā dhṛiti-gṛihītayā
ātma-sansthaṁ manaḥ kṛitvā na kiñchid api chintayet

भावार्थ:
क्रम-क्रम से अभ्यास करता हुआ उपरति को प्राप्त हो तथा धैर्ययुक्त बुद्धि द्वारा मन को परमात्मा में स्थित करके परमात्मा के सिवा और कुछ भी चिन्तन न करे॥25॥
Translation
Slowly and steadily, with conviction in the intellect, the mind will become fixed in God alone, and will think of nothing else.
