जब कोई तकलीफ सताये,
जब जब मन घबराता है,
मेरे सिरहाने खड़ा कन्हैया,
सर पे हाथ फिराता है।।
तर्ज राम नाम के हिरे मोती।
लोग ये समझे मैं हूँ अकेला,
मेरे साथ कन्हैया है,
लोग ये समझे डूब रहा मैं,
चल रही मेरी नैया है,
जब जब लहरें आती है,
ये खुद पतवार चलाता है,
मेरे सिरहाने खड़ा कन्हैया,
सर पे हाथ फिराता है।।
जिनके आसूं कोई ना पोछें,
कोई ना जिनसे प्यार करे,
जिनके साथ ये दुनिया वाले,
मतलब का व्यवहार करे,
दुनियां जिसको ठुकराये,
उसे ये पलकों पे बिठाता है,
मेरे सिरहाने खड़ा कन्हैया,
सर पे हाथ फिराता है।।
प्रेम की डोर बंधी प्रीतम से,
जैसे दीपक बाती है,
कदम कदम पर रक्षा करता,
ये सुख दुःख का साथी है,
‘संजू’ जब रस्ता नहीं सूझे,
प्रेम का दीप जलाता है,
मेरे सिरहाने खड़ा कन्हैया,
सर पे हाथ फिराता है।।

chala rahI merI naiyA hai,

ye khuda patavAra chalAtA hai,

jinake AsUM koI nA poCheM,
koI nA jinase pyAra kare,
jinake sAtha ye duniyA vAle,
matalaba kA vyavahAra kare,
duniyAM jisako ThukarAye,
use ye palakoM pe biThAtA hai,

jaise dIpaka bAtI hai,
kadama kadama para rakShA karatA,
