तेरा दाना खा खा कर माँ सारी उम्र गुजारी,
खाले खाले झुँझन वाली दो रोटी हमारी,
ऐसा घर सज जाये मेरा फीकी लगी दिवाली माँ,
सज जाये जिस दिन चौंकी पे तेरे नाम की थाली माँ,
सजने खातिर तेदेपा रही है ये कुटियाँ हमारी,
खाले खाले झुँझन वाली दो रोटी हमारी,
यही सोचते रहते दादी जब खाते हम खाना है
रोज रोज जो हमें खिलाये इक दिन उसे खिलाना है,
किस्मत खोटी लेकिन खोटी नीयत नहीं हमारी,
खाले खाले झुँझन वाली दो रोटी हमारी,
रोज रोज मंदिर मे खाती इक दिन तो घर पे खाओ,
स्वाद कहा पे ज्यादा आया माँ खा कर के बतलाओ,
सेवा ऐसी चाहिए दोबरा तो कुटियाँ है तुम्हारी,
खाले खाले झुँझन वाली दो रोटी हमारी,
बस इक बार आ जाओ चाहे नहीं दोबरा आना माँ,
पँवरि बस जाते जाते इतना कहती जाना माँ,
रोटी खा कर तेरी मेरी हो गई रिश्ते दारी,
