जबसे मिला है मुझे खाटू वाला,
श्याम नाम मोतियों की सांसों की माला,
चला जा रहा हूँ चिंता नहीं है,
मंज़िल को पाने की आशा जगी है,
मेरा श्याम है तो मुझें क्या कमी है,
कितनी हसीं हो गई ज़िन्दगी है।।
श्याम प्रभु ने दिया जो सहारा,
आराम से चल रहा है गुज़ारा,
इनकी दया की मेरी आँखों में नमी है,
मुझे लग रही साड़ी दुनिया नयी है,
मेरा श्याम है तो मुझें क्या कमी है,
कितनी हसीं हो गई ज़िन्दगी है।।
कितना दिया है क्या क्या बताऊँ
रहमो करम की बातें विकास क्या गिनाऊँ
श्याम श्याम बोलने की आदत हुई है
चोखानी श्याम दर पे मिलती ख़ुशी है

shyaam naam motiyon kee saanson kee maala,

manzil ko paane kee aasha jagee hai,
