yāda karū maiṃ mērā bītā zamānā
kōī nahīṃ thā bābā mērā ṭhikānā,
dara dara kī maiṃnē lākhō ṭhōkara thī khāī,
kismata mērī tērī dara pē lē āī,
bāhē phailākara mujhakō apanē galē sē lagāē,
