Shri Mahavirji Jain Temple is famous religious teerth for Jain community. Famously known as ‘Digambar Jain Atishaya Kshetra Shri Chananpur Mahavirji‘, this pilgrimage site is the centre of devotion for Jain devotees.The idol of Shri Mahaveerji was found during an excavation. This 400 years old coral colored idol of Bhagwan Mahaveer was kept in vast & magnificently ornamented temple. Shri Mahavirji temple is surrounded by Dharamshala. Lord Mahavir in Padmasana posture, coral colored made of sandstone is installed with Lord Pushp Danta in right side and Lord Adinath’s idol in left side.

Nearest airport is Kheria Airport. You can easily get regular trains to Shri Mahabirjifrom other major cities of the country. There are no bus routes from other major cities to Shri Mahabirji. Nearest bus stand is Laxmangarh.
