पहलया तो चन्दन सो मह चौक पुरासाया जी,
आंगन में केसरियां अंतर छड़का जा सी,
चांदी ने चोंकि पर दादी ने बिठावा गा,
तीजया के सिंधारे में मैं दादी ने बुलावांगा
पाछे में फुलारा सोहना हार बना छा जी,
चाँदी की थाली में मैं मेहँदी गोला छा जी,
तारा जड़ी चुनर में दादी ने उड़ावा गा,
तीजया के सिंधारे में मैं दादी ने बुलावांगा
बुँदियाँ या भुजियारा मैं थाल सजा जा सी,
खीर और पुड़ा और माँ के भोग लगा या सी,
जी में जद दादी मैं पंख को डुलावागा,

बरसा पुराणी माँ आके रीत निभाओ जी,
अर्जी यो हर्ष कारे आके मान बढ़ाओ जी,
