मात पिता भी त्याग दिए और पत्नी से वैराग किया
क्या मुह लेके जाऊ अयोध्या मुझको ये गम खा रहा
अश्रुधारा रूकती नही है
मुझे वैदेही मिल भी गई तो लक्ष्मण बिन मेरा क्या होगा,
हो निश्ये ही मैं प्राण त्याग दू फिर भी न माफ़ गुनाह होगा
लक्ष्मण ने की धर्म पालना पाप में शायद कमा रहा
अश्रुधारा रूकती नही है
हो तीनो माता भरत शत्रु घन जीवत रेह नही पाए गे,
द्रोनाचल से भुट्टी हनुमंत लायेगे या न लायेगे
हो राम कमल सिंह होए अधीर साया गम का छा रहा,

mujhe vaidehI mila bhI gaI to lakShmaNa bina merA kyA hogA,
ho nishye hI maiM prANa tyAga dU phira bhI na mApha़ gunAha hogA
lakShmaNa ne kI dharma pAlanA pApa meM shAyada kamA rahA
ashrudhArA rUkatI nahI hai
ho tIno mAtA bharata shatru ghana jIvata reha nahI pAe ge,
dronAchala se bhuTTI hanumaMta lAyege yA na lAyege
ho rAma kamala siMha hoe adhIra sAyA gama kA ChA rahA,
