जिसने गीत सजाये अपने,
तलवारों के झन-झन स्वर पर,
जिसने विप्लव राग अलापे,
रिमझिम गोली के वर्षण पर,
जो बलिदानों का प्रेमी है,
जगती का है प्यार उसी को,
जीने का अधिकार उसी को।।
हँस-हँस कर इक मस्ती लेकर,
जिसने सीखा है बलि होना,
अपनी पीड़ा पर मुस्काना,
औरों के कष्टों पर रोना,
जिसने सहना सीख लिया है,
संकट है त्यौहार उसी को,
जीने का अधिकार उसी को।।
दुर्गमता लख बीहड़ पथ की,
जो न कभी भी रुका कहीं पर,
अनगिनती आघात सहे पर,
जो न कभी भी झुका कहीं पर,
झुका रहा है मस्तक अपना,
यह सारा संसार उसी को,
जीने का अधिकार उसी को।।
जिसने मरना सिख लिया है,
जीने का अधिकार उसी को,
जो काँटों के पथ पर आया,
फूलों का उपहार उसी को,
जीने का अधिकार उसी को।।
