पूछा बाग के माली से,
माली ने कहा हर फूल में है,

मैंने सागर से पूछा नदियों से पूछा,
पूछा बहते झरनों से,
झरनों ने कहा हर बून्द में है,

मैंने हनुमत से पूछा शिवजी से पूछा,
पूछा देवी देवों से,
देवों ने कहा वो खाटू में है,
मिल जाएंगे तुमको श्याम वहीं,
