भावार्थ:

काया, सिर और गले को समान एवं अचल धारण करके और स्थिर होकर, अपनी नासिका के अग्रभाग पर दृष्टि जमाकर, अन्य दिशाओं को न देखता हुआ॥13॥

Translation

He must hold the body, neck, and head firmly in a straight line, and gaze at the tip of the nose, without allowing the eyes to wander.
