सुन लेगा बाबा श्याम मेरा आंसू ये कुछ कह जाएगे,
सीने से लगा कर सावरिया सारे आंसू पी जाएगा,
देखो गए हारे नैनो से मेरा श्याम नजर आ जायेगा
हर जुलम जहा का सेहता जा बस श्याम श्याम तू कहता जा,
बहती जिस रुख में श्याम हवा तू डर मत खुल कर बेहटा जा,
गोलू तुह्पर है श्याम किरपा दुनिया को पता लग जायेगा

jaba isa duniyā kē dhōkhō sē tērā yē dila bhara jāēgā,
dēkhō gaē hārē nainō sē mērā śyāma najara ā jāyēgā
jaba dina acछē saba tērē hai rahatē saba tujhakō gērē hai,
jaba duḥkha kī gaddī ātī hai milatē saba mu[ann]ha phērē hai,
taba ēka sahārā lēharō mēṃ banakē mājī kōī āēgā,
dēkhō gaē hārē nainō sē mērā śyāma najara ā jāyēgā
jaba gama āṃsū bana jāyēgē ina ā[ann]khōṃ sē baha jāyagē,
suna lēgā bābā śyāma mērā āṃsū yē kuछ kaha jāēgē,
sīnē sē lagā kara sāvariyā sārē āṃsū pī jāēgā,

hara julama jahā kā sēhatā jā basa śyāma śyāma tū kahatā jā,
